Article for the CHI 2014 – Tangible Video games
The name of this short article is : “Designing Tangible Video Games: Lessons Learned from the Sifteo Cubes”
It is an article about how new interfaces like Sifteo cubes bring a new way of playing video games and designing it. The article is based in particular on my playtests during Fat and Furious development.
I worked on this paper with two incredible researchers : Clément Pillias and Guillaume Levieux. They taught me a lot during this work.
The article was accepted for the ACM CHI 2014. and has won the Honorable Mention, rewarding the 5% best articles of the ACM CHI this year. http://chi2014.acm.org/program/best-of-chi
